Dato’ Chua Meng Min is a highly respected leader in the life insurance and financial services industry, with more than three decades of experience in agency development, leadership training, and organizational system design.
He began his career in 1986 with Asia Life Assurance, where he quickly distinguished himself through outstanding sales performance and leadership capability. Over time, he developed a deep understanding of the structural challenges faced by insurance agencies — particularly the need for sustainable systems that support long-term growth and leadership development
In 2000, he founded MMTS Consulting, a platform dedicated to developing MDRT achievers, high-performance advisors, and agency leaders. Through MMTS, he introduced the S.E.E.D. development concept, a structured framework designed to help insurance teams transform individual success into replicable organizational growth.
Over the years, he has worked extensively with insurance professionals to develop structured systems for:

Beyond training and consultancy, Dato’ Chua is also an accomplished author and industry thought leader. In 2007, he published his first book, “Ten Things You Need to Know to Achieve MDRT,” beginning a series of publications focused on developing elite insurance professionals.
His 12th book is scheduled for release in June 2026, continuing his contribution to professional knowledge within the industry.
Chong Yong Huat, widely known as FG Chong, is a seasoned insurance professional and leadership trainer with more than 30 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
His career spans from frontline life insurance sales to becoming a recognized system coach and leadership advisor, supporting insurance organizations across Malaysia, Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong.
FG Chong brings deep expertise in sales management, agency development, business strategy, and professional training, helping organizations strengthen recruitment systems, leadership capability, and operational performance.

He is also the Founder of HSI Academy Consulting and developer of several proprietary management frameworks, including the SMART, MRT, and MIM Systems, designed to strengthen recruitment, training structures, and operational effectiveness within insurance agencies.
In April 2025, he completed the Executive Master in Applied Sustainable Practice, an approved professional programme conducted by the Institute of Business Excellence (IBE), UiTM, in collaboration with ThinkPlus Academy.
FG Chong currently serves as Training Consultant with MMTS and Chief Learning Officer of Phronesis Academy, where he leads learning initiatives focused on nurturing holistic development from childhood education to youth and professional leadership growth.
